Interested in serving on a city committee?
Cemetery committee meets the last Monday of every month (when needed) at 7:00 p.m.
Planning & Zoning board meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month (when needed) at 7:00 p.m.
Library committee meets the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
All committee meetings are held at the Westmoreland Community Center, 201 Main Street, unless otherwise notified.

ROCK CREEK VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY MUSEUM
The Rock Creek Valley Historical Society Museum is located at 507 Burkman Street. You will find historical items, buildings and information about the area. For more information, please visit their website:

Open areas, picnic pavilion next to the Hand Dug Well. Available for Reservations
Scott Springs Park - South Highway 99
Bronze oxen team pulls a covered wagon to mark the location of the Oregon Trail through the area, covered picnic table, informational signage, original Scott Springs

Open daily during the summer season. Season passes and daily rates, swim lessons, special events, water aerobic classes, playground, book for private parties

Available for Reservation (fees apply) for personal and public events.
Lodging and RV Parks
Oregon Trail RV Park and Campground - 407 Highway 99, Westmoreland
30 minutes north of I-70 on US Highway 99. Owned and operated by the City of Westmoreland with 16 graveled sites, 12 with full hookup, 4 with water and electricity only. Playground, horse shoe pits, showers (open only in warm weather). Close to city swimming pool and city owned 9 hole disc golf course. Directly north of the Hand Dug Well. Come and camp on the Oregon Trail with a beautiful view of the morning sunrise.
For reservations please call during City's business hours at 785.844.2492. A self-check in station is available for after hours, but reservations are preferred.
